Isn’t he the brother of the BMW dealer or something and a bit eccentric?

Special bonus points for one of the most worthless photos I've ever seen in an advert!

What exactly am I supposed to be looking at?

Romanian ergonomics? Rear window switches are equally inconvenient for front and rear occupants.

where are the window switches on that car?

Looks like they're set back between the two front seats. Not ideal when one of your kids has their head out the top of a partially opened window and another kid steps on the buttons (as they do). Also, being a Dacia I doubt if it has pressure sensors but I'm open to correction.

i was thinking that was them but i dismissed it because the idea is just too stupid.

It was common back in the 80s. Apart from being awkward in this instance it's not as dangerous as when they were rocker switches. What a horrible car!

Could be worse. Some Dacias came with workout windows as standard in the back until very recently.

Love the placement of the cruise control button on that too.

    In no way bothers me.

Prefer it to that set up

I would prefer a 15 year old Toyota or VW over that horrible piece of crap.

Thought that was the adjustment for the dash brightness!

Has dated somewhat, but was once the best looking car on Irish roads.

Have the same leather in the 159. The facelift of the 166 was a much better looking car.

The facelift looks like a 159 which is such an improvement. It's mad how a few tweaks could make such an ugly car into such a gorgeous one.

I had an ex like that :pac: Joking aside its a lovely motor with the proper engine

If it was the 3.0 he may just have been able to justify the price.
The paint alone was a seriously expensive option and if he can back up all that work it's worth quite a fair chunk of change.

I’d say once you drive a new one out of the forecourt the value halves.

I don’t know if anyone buy the most hardcore alfaist could agree with that. When they were current they seemed to be perceived as the 156’s less good looking sister.
