    saturday 24 am.woke up with me leg/knee feeling ok,so decided on 4mile run to the club open day got there early sodid another 2 and was goin to do a slow 3/4km run with the group but i got voted to do a 10km with some of the others.my leg was holding up so 2 runs went well .decided against running home so got a lift...will probably push it a bit tomorrow..................... 12

    sunday25th...was plannin on a 20 miler. was out about 8 miles and my knee/leg started acting the maggot so came home..... :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: 10

    monday 26th pm did a 3 miler with 007 and his selection of lycra.went back to the gym and did a 2km on the threadmill.was goin to do more but i lost the will to live after ten minutes .knee/leg felt a little sore so wil do similar runs until friday and then assess it and hopfully push on from there...... 4.2

    wednesday28th pm...was supposed to go to fizzio but was mad to get out for a run so cancelled it till tomorrow when i can sneak outta work.did 8 miles,knee/leg felt fine so pushed it a little.i am hopefull this is the end of it as im dyin to really push on.am about 1 or 2 weeks away from where i was hopi to be at this time,but take the good wit the bad...... 8
    (plus the xtra 1.5miles i didnt count on mondays run ) 1.5

    saturday 31st..went out wit 007 for lsr , did 13( so not really an lsr,more of an ssr).no soreness in leg so a good run planned 4 today.... 13

    What's an ssr when it's at home? I count it as an lsr - I'm shorter than you!

    Monday 2nd feb..got home from work early as jess the ultradog was missing,fortunatly or unfortunatly was found safe and well,so had time for a run.was gona do an evening on the threadmill but due tothem being WUSS miles ,went for the ice skating option.did 7 miles in the snow. it was one of those runs where your mind is elsewhere(until someone in a toyota coralla beeps you) and feel like you can run forever and are sorry when your finished. ......... 7

    tuesday 3rd feb ...was plannin on sneakin early from work,but a visit from my "managers manager" put paid to dat.had to select the wuss option so off to the gym .managed 10km before i lost the will to live:(.had better fun wit my dentist..............................6.2

    thursday 5th am ,did a nice 12 miles in sleet,snow and rain.did a few lenghts of the pool.
    pm did 7 miles with the club........... 19

    saturday7 feb..went with aquagirl did a 20 miler around memorial park,city center,castlenock,blanch and a lap of the park and some hills.went ok had a bit left in me which was good.... 20

    monday 9 feb. left work at 4,went for arun ,did 7 miles and back in time for dinner(chicken and parma ham).put d kids to bed and out for what was supposed to be a sneaky 3 mile.i met a guy from the club and stuck with him for a sneakier 8 miler....... 15

    thursday 12th feb..took an unexpected day off,so planned a lsr.went around maynooth an as many back roads i could find.got the wolf at about 15 miles with 6 to go and was parchin.ill go tonite to the club and try and do anudder 6 asi have to work 2 moro.................. 21

    sunday 15 th am. didnt gwt out on saturday it being the day of love.did a 12 miler around howth head from raheny and back.that hill is tough.
