    One of the big things about the final task...

    it is about how they manage people.

    Nickey is doing well, but...

    Brenda has left the two Orlas to do what they want, and has gone with Stuart, who she knows will do what she needs him to do.

    Sorry, but that is not managing people.

    Wonder what they're up to? So far they have painted Nicky in as flattering a light as possible. She's coming across as a latter day Mother Theresa tonight.

    While Brenda is being portrayed as having no control at all.

    Was thinking the same thing.

    Moncrief really layed into Brenda, which seemed a bit uncalled for, the interview round was last week.

    Ah I like Ray. He came into my workplace once and gave me loads of ice-cream.

    Really too annoying tonight - the Nikki is so pathetic. I recognise that that silly strangled type voice southside dublin girls use - but why?

    To go back to the beginning - if Nikki deserves to win cos she has most to learn why on earth did we go through the whole programme if the objective is to give it to the least experienced person?

    WWE and UFC use editing to make either wrestler/fighter appear like an underdog so that they can seem more deserving of a victory perhaps .
    I'd put money on it that that's what they've done . I'm still confused why there's fired contestants on this show

    Yep preparing the masses for Nicki's win ( admit she is ok tonight but am sceptical as to the editing and in all fairness she was pretty useless up to now).....have flicked to another station now!

    Either they are making Nicky look fantastic because they want us to think she's going to win and then surprise us with Brenda winning.

    Or else they want to make her look like she deserves to win this thing because she's been nowhere near Brenda in performance levels throughout the show.
