It's a photo. It's just lit very softly from high camera right. Matt colours tend to look like that under neutral soft light sometimes, as there's no reflection to use as a visual reference.

As everybody is talking about this gun now, we won’t let you down! We had the honour to have a look at the Vega Force Company APO ASW338 LM back in March at the IWA show in Germany. ASG placed it in the center of its booth, surrounded by two blond girls dressed in veeeery short and tight dresses, so there was no way to miss this outstanding gun. But what makes this gun so interesting that everybody is talking about it at the moment? Besides its very sexy look, this gun has some awesome features like the compatibility with VSR10 internals or the CNC upper-rail and other CNC-made components.As ASG says, this gun is designed directly from the Ashbury 3D drawings, so that it provides a 100 % realism in parts and handling. Even the magazine is placed in its correct position. This is possible through a unique BB loading system. Further features include a: standard AEG barrel compatibility, realistic weight of about 6 kg and diecast aluminium receiver.The ASW338LM comes with 1 joule as a standard. Fully licensed of course!The estimated retail price when released is amounting to approximately 500-600 Euro.

now now ha as in spending that much on an item i think is down to personal taste i myself would rather get a vfc mp5 than that

Was reading a French based forum a month or so back with regards the release of the 338 and from what i read it will be the short barreled version coming out with the possibility of the longer barreled one arriving after depending on the success of the first model. Also, i don't think the suppressor comes with it.
Now i may be wrong and am fully open to correction.

An Enfield although I really really want one I'm not going
to pay an over the top price for. Unless its waaayyy under what I could pay
for a real steel I refuse to purchase one on principal alone.

Compared to the other guns I want its not as high up on the priority list for me. need to stop buying guns in 2012 and start buying things like,
a garden wall, a new Bed, food, carpet for the floor etc....
....slatwall for the guns......

was offered an enfield when I got my deposit back for my Bren gun that never happened! from Shootnscoot
but after my negative customer experience with them, I decided I would just take my money and never deal
with them again.
