    L pretty much did the same session as me today, but 40kg lighter on the leg press. he did 20 reps in his last set and then stuck his head promptly in the bin..... :pac:

    Today for example..

    6 scrambled eggs, 5 bacon medallions, small amount of cheese.

    5 rashers w/ cheese

    Some Whipping Cream lol

    Strip Loin Steak w/ green beans and half an onion + small amount of cheese

    Omlette 6 eggs + 5 Rashers w/ 2 scallions half a bell pepper and a scallion. (and a pile of cheese)

    I also ate the topping off a slice of pizza at some stage.

    Green Veggies dont count towards the carbs or so im told... if any one cares to enter that into fitday i'd be appreciative (;)), i hate that website.

    I'm fair sick a this.... I had a dream i was eating a plate with spuds and donuts and pizza last night. Then i was worried that i'd gone over the ratio of fats so i took out some paper and went working out the macronutrient breakdown.. i mean for fuck sake!!
