    I really wanted to train today, but i literally wouldn't be able to get up all the stairs to get to the gym.... fair pissed off.

    Personally I don't think its a good idea to train when you're so dom'd up its hard to move comfortably. After you adapt a bit to the volume I'm sure you'll be fine?
