Well done to all involved. I like the subtle changes AND, best of all, drop-down menus work. Who needs a search function anyway ... :)

What's this whole infraction thing about? What does it do? Is it like the old rep system?

i like the little view post arrow. the end of selective quoting???

edit- maybe not, I see you can edit out the view post bit. still nice though
They don't have a choice. :) It just gives a user a warning via pm about certain violations such as abuse, bad language, spam and sig violation. I think the admins can set the consequences of a certain infraction. e.g. spam = ban or something like that.

    omg it works

Regi & The Gang - congrats, looks & feels smooth, it's like oiled up surfin :)

    button missing ?

Infraction is like a points system for bad users, basically the mods can give out infractions when members are bold, infractions have points and lapse dates attached, if you pass a certain point threshold you might be auto-banned etc.

    Yellow / Red Cards basically.

The upgrade seems to have mostly gone just fine - thanks to Cloud, Asok and the usual crew. As ever, let us know is anything's buggered - cheerio!
The multi-quote and infraction pics are showing up as text on the minimalist skin.

Nothing major really, just thought you would like to know.

Edit: The "View post" button that appears when quoting someone is also appearing as text only.

    Drop down menu problem fixed.

    Thank you.

This will save on bandwidth. No more opening up a single post to view the drop down menu for other users.

When you give an infraction it should automatically open a new topic in the mods forum.

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators Posts: 23,211 Mod ✭✭✭✭godtabh
