Sun May 17th

Really test yourself and your rifle skills as you and your team battle it out against your foe. “Sounds like a normal skirmish” i hear you say! Except, that all of you must fight with Black, Green or so called “invisible BBs”.
You must rely on your skill as a marksman for this event as you will not be able to adjust your fire by looking at the flight of your BBs.
While all are welcome, i would like to point out that honesty is essential to this game. So if you are partial to turning blind eyes, DON’T BOTHER COMING!!
BBs will be available at Droghdea Airsoft HQ for the event. €10 per Bottle (3,000).
Normal walk and rental fees apply.

Just a quick note!
Because of the Irish Open (Golf) that is going on in the area, the road that we are on (beside the EMO garage) is closed to THROUGH traffic. There is a diversion at the roundabout at the top of the road but just ignore it and come on through as normal, as the road closeure is beond the Emo garage a will not effect us.

Geart day! The weather did its best to hold off us and the crack was 90. It was realy funny to see so many people scrachin' their heads wondering if their guns were broken because they couldn't see any bbs comin' out:D. For those of you that thought that playing with invisible bbs was easy... It isn't! Very challanging! One highlight of the day was when Al from ARU picked up an injured guy by 'Firemans lift' and ran the lenght of the site, dropped him at my feet saying "injured knee, Gun Safe!" and running off in an very heroic manner (almost in slow motion).:D:D:D
At the end of the day it looks like the Green team got the hang of the Invisible bbs faster than the Blues, Thrashing the BLUEZERS 13-1. Hard luck lads.
Anyone that couldn't make it out today, don't worry!! We will be holding another BLACKENED later in the year.

What a day! You guys just rocked today! I think the sun got to yiz all. I don't think i've ever seen so many burnt forheads in my life (including mine:D:D). I have to mention the new game "Pistol Whipped" Great crack! A big congratulation to Andy F. Eventhough he had never played Airsoft before and, never shot a pistol. He still managed to hang on till the end and pistol whip his competition to take first place today. Good man Andy! I'll post some pics on the blog asap;).

The Great news is that we get to do it ALL again tomorrow.AND! it's a bank holiday MUNCH'day. Free lunch to all full day gamers:D:D.
