I dont get the blues, I'm whats been referred to before as "maniacally happy". And even when I heard that, I still just grinned back at them.

Well that was actually the problem alright and I started thinking about that when I was reading through the posts. I need to get my priorities right again.

    Eat......

Sometimes curl up on the couch with a blanket, food and watch a good movie or program, a good musical will work wonders. But talking to friends is what I usually do. Or, if everything's really bad I just go to bed.

Ah well if you want to dance around like a maniac sure but I don't seem to have the energy when I'm depressed :D
Also I have never paid any attention to the lyrics to 'Just a Day'

I prefer to relax with a nice twister icecream while lying on the bed. Nothing beats it.

oh please, tell me youve ever heard that song (assuming youre a feeder fan and stuff...) and NOT had an overwhelming urge to dance around like a maniac!!! not physically possible :D hehe, ok, im messin, but thats just such a happifying song, just so upbeat.
Also I have never paid any attention to the lyrics to 'Just a Day'

"waking up at 12 in my clothes again, feel my head explode from a night on gin, another night out late. i dont wana drink dont wana be a clown, gotta get my feet back on the ground, before it pulls me in. how come it ended up like this? and who's gonna catch me when im coming down to hit the ground again? all by mself, cos i dont wana drag you down, hold you down, cos youre a friend, i blame myself, guess you think its funny now, funny now...."

perfect.. you get to simultaneously wallow in depression, while picking yourself up . and the music makes it necessary to dance like a maniac in order to do this ;)

I prefer the lazy route of a drive down the dual carraigeway while listening to Buck Rogers :D hah

Also I'm eating a giant cookie right now and I'm far from depressed. It's a triple choc tesco one for anyone that's wondering :p

Usually a joint and a nap sorts everything out. If i sleep on something, it always seems to be a lot better when i wake up, whereas the joint makes me feel happy, and also puts me to sleep ;)

Ok the day is over and i've had a nap and listened to a relaxation cd. Now I'm very happy coz i'm headin up to the shop to get a can of beans so I can have "beans on toast"!

Prozac...ah no seriously its usually listening to heavy metal at unsafe levels on my stereo. When the neighbours complain, its usually a combination of the following foodstuffs - any Mars branded chocolate, jellies, pizza with any of the following dvds - Law&Order Criminal Intent, CSI Miami, any of the Die Hard Movies or Reno 911.

Electric Wizard and Bathory are good for numbing the blues, don't listen to Blackwater Park by Opeth, that'll prolong them, and Dragonforce in all their cheesey glory are good for making everything seem better!

A good walk is great. I always feel in a good mood after training or a bit of exercise.
