    I agree with Da Za though. Im real bad like that. I need the same shape, colour and size plate on each side or it bugs the **** out of me.

    First day back training after my hectic rush to the line to get RF Mk2 done. And my first training sesh in the gym. Was good.

    I've an awful habit of taking long slow build ups (aka wasting a lot of time). So I'm just gonna hammer everything for a while and see what happens.

    I always consider W2D2 the hardest day, but I LASHED thru it today. Very scarily so. I'll go +10kg next week on everything and am almost certainly going to run the intense cycle at this point too.

    Bench up from 100x10 and 75x16 last week too. Dunno where it came from, but'll take it.

    Front Raises and Bars were pumptastic.

    Did it while getting fat, and got REALLY strong.

    Some of my biggest all time PRs - 180x11 squat and 140x5 bench.

    Good session. Elbow came thru fine. Shoulder a bit achy.
