    I've only been a member in 1 previous gym - Dundrum (since closed down I think). Do carlisle do a programme for you or is it something you have to get as an add on ie pay extra?Also I'll probably be going 7ish in the morning till 9.....would that ever get busy? I might join this week if someone's lloking for a 3rd person to get the cheaper membership.

    If anyone is interested in joining Carlisle this week I'm looking for a third person to be able to get the offer. Works out at 260 per person and membership is valid until end of January 2010!!

    Its just at the KCR (i case you dont know where that is it is between tenerure and kimmage)

    Yes when i was there a couple of years ago they did provide you with a program, and the gym is pretty cheap so all in all I would expect it to be busy but to as far as I recall the pool was the main thing that got super busy.

    From there I would say that either westwood sandymount or jackie skelly ballsbridge maybe crunch in ucd may be walking distance but i cant think of any others tbh!
