Sorry for your trouble Basquille, I assume iBood had already taken your money while all this was going on. From what I've read here some people have a good experience with them and some terrible.

It's a pity because the one deal a day idea, could take off. Although on the internet you're only as good as your last sale; disappoint one person and maybe a hundred hear about it.

I also think their product selection needs more focus; dvd players, computer memory, barbecues, frisbees and bean bags? Who do they think their target customer is, the Brady Bunch or people interested in computers and technology?

Basquille, you're probably quite stressed after your ordeal with iBood. I'd watch my heart rate if I were you, here's something that could help: http://www.ibood.com/site/eu/ibood.php :D

Cheers for that Oracle. IBood had indeed taken my money while all this was going on and am eagerly awaiting that refund they promised me.

    Dear iBOOD’ians,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

Some comments show that iBood has not been able to help some customers to their satisfaction. We regret that this has occurred. We do as best as possible to give a great service to our customers.

iBood has invested heavily in its service and fulfilments to create the best customer experience possible.

If, unfortunately, things are still not being handled satisfactorily, do not hesitate to contact iBOOD.com through this contact form:

Too little, too late Mr Smith!

My experiences, along with plenty of others here, is more than enough evidence to tell you that iBOOD is clearly not regarded well when it comes to delivery and customer service.

You can visit every forum on the Web who have had bad reports about your company (this'll obviously take a few months of your time) and post this this pre-prepared piss-poor excuse of a reply in some sort of attempt to feign "customer interaction" but what you're doing here is simply telling us you have an e-mail address or contact form.

We all know of it.. and we've all used it but we've been left waiting weeks for a desperate response (see my conversation above) so we've had to phone you on our dollar.

Please don't post here again unless it's a genuine attempt to resolve something.. and even then, please contact either myself or Ruu first!
