The movie was good, but Sunshine was much better.

It seems as if the Oscars have finally given in and gave Scorsese the statues that are years over due, but still not deserved for this year.

Ellen sucked tbh, that last joke with the hoover was stunningly bad..
Didn't think the departed deserved best picture, but I guess it was just the most popular one..

Highlight was probably forrest whitaker speech, very earnest

SHARON STONE's reprisal of the role in which she made her name landed her the gong for Worst Actress, with the follow-up to 1992's Basic Instinct also 'winning' Worst Sequel and Worst Screenplay at the ceremony which recognises the worst in filmmaking.

The comedy LITTLE MAN scooped three awards - Worst Remake or Rip-Off, Worst Actor for both MARLON WAYANS and SHAWN WAYANS, who also picked up the prize for Worst Couple.

M. NIGHT SHYAMALAN was named and shamed for LADY IN THE WATER, taking home both Worst Supporting Actor and Worst Director for the fantasy thriller.

Looking back - i didn't do too bad on the oul predictions.. Marty finally got that Oscar. Good for him - couldn't have went to a more deserving film-maker.

Good to see Little Miss Sunshine pick up a few - was suprised!
