    Of course, your honour, but I suggest thant you explain yourself under the freedom of Information act 1997, paragraph 2, sub-section 1 which states:

    "In a courtomm situation where the judge is incoherent, the prosecutor or defence can site precident so as to ensure that all parties are aware of the judge's decision"
