Lol well we don't go around wearing name tags...what we usually tell people is to look for the person in the trecnh coat, that being me. The rest are usually somewhere nearby.

See, no one backed you up...Now I'm even more wary of you "computer people". You'll be making all those binary jokes about having 101 bugs and then getting rid of one and whatever that leads to, and going on about that canteeny/restauranty/cafey place in the CSIS building, and on about maths modules and C++ and java and plug-ins and starting a linux vs windows debate or firefox vs IE and I'll be there with my HPSS background going "in 1492 COlumbus sailed the ocean blue" and "the battle of hastings was in 1066" and lots of other historical quirks. :(

what aspects of WWII? I think I was hungover for that lecture :o Or else I made an educated decision to "not concentrate on that lecture" for the exam.

440Hz posted about this a while back. Not sure if many of you have seen it though. Anyone that was around at the time reckon Stables Week 2. This will allow everyone to get house warmings etc out of the way in Week 1. I can't remember if a definite date/time was decided but we can work that out later.

    Cheers

Sorry for having to drag this thread back on topic:rolleyes: but has anyone any suggestions as to what to tell the freshers (any secrets of the campus!!) or where to bring them. Last year I had great fun bringing the freshers through the tunnel between A block and the Lonsdale building everyone got a shock from walking along a dark corridor to going through a glass tunnel 20 foot in the air. One girl was afraid she'd fall through the glass if she got too close :D

As for secrets tunnel ways and what not....ummm well, UL is hardly trinity with its underground labyrith's.

Just dazzle them with some shiny buildings and what not.
