it works out (after tax) at 1850 from 24th to 11th. You should book - there a re a good few of us staying there!!

Had a nightmare today... I booked a room from 12th July to 11th August for myself and oscar.. I forgot to mention I wasn't getting in till the 19th. This has caused major problems with hotel security.. ... I have to fax photo ID credit card info, passport etc over to them. Oscar might also have to pay 200 per night security deposit until I arrive ... Also, it's now illegal to stay in a hotel for longer than 30 days.... ridiculous. must be some anti-terrorist law or something. The airline/or An Post have also lost our flight tickets.. :(:(

It will be worth it when you pick up that cheque for 10 mill and take all boardies to Barbados for a week

How come its so cheap on the wsop site the room rate seems to be higher than that?

I still dont have accom sorted $1700 seems good value

The wsop site is a rip off, go to harrahs.com there may be someone looking to share a room if youre interested.

I'm in the Rio from the 27th-10th, I won a package with Betfair.
Just wondering what the story is with taxes?
how do i avoid having to hand over part of
    my $8Million?!
And how about cash game winnings?

i believe you have to fill out a special form before you go over or over there?

im sure someone will be able to tell you that have been b4

you need a TIN number (sometimes called an I-TIN number). Its an international tax interchange number (afaicr). It allows you to take your winnings tax free as otherwise the casino has to withhold 30%.
Try to get it sorted out now or get the hotel you are staying in to sort it for you when you arrive. DO NOT leave it to Harrahs, they were c*nts about it last year, as they were about just about everything.

I rang up and booked from 20th to 7th for $1500 seems quite reasonable considering the Rio wanted $2570 for the same period.

If you know someone looking to share they are more than welcome to split the bill, providing they arent mass murderers etc etc

Everything sorted now roll on thrusday week.

lol, best time to catch me is at about 8am in the 2/5 game half asleep demanding more beer and playing in roughly 120% of the pots!

    Cant bloomin wait!

Only thing is I made a mistake booing to fly AA, I reckon I should have gone with the Virgin flights as for an extra few quid you can book premium economy which is more legroom and stuff. Also I am just about the biggest control freak in the world and had the displeasure of being in an emergency landing on a flight when I was younger and since then I despise flying, not looking forward to having to do 4 flights in 3 weeks.

Still, just keep the mind on the prize.

I love flying but that landing might change my mind. Mind you I used to live in Shannon and have seen even worse landings than that but it still didn't put me off.

How many people are going to be on the Continental flight out of Shannon on the 26th? Quite a few of I hear.

Karlh suggested a cash game on the plane. Maybe a 2/5 Round of each? :)
