Would it be wrong to request that your partner get a fertility test done before you get married?

I think we will get to the stage where we will have a change in law to allow re nup agreements.

It seems to be the only point to marriage. What other point is there in registering your sex life with the state?

As I understand it (and I may be wrong) that would require a complete overhaul of our legal system.

Inheritance, next of kin rights, making a public statement, etc. You can't be forced to bear witness against a spouse... There are a good few things, really.
