Sorry, I thought the tutorial to buying on Nuuvem was here. It was on the Steam Forums.

Are all games for Steam?

No. Some of their games do not use Steamworks. You can check if a game is Steam-redeemable following this simple instructions:

1. Go to the page of the game that you want.
2. Check if there is a "Notícia Específica" on the middle left of the page. If there is one, check if it says "Este game utiliza a ferramenta steamworks". You may use ctrl+f to search for "steamworks" too (Example here). If you find it, you got yourself a Steam game.

Another way to check for Steam games is to search for "steam" on that blue search box at the top right of the screen.
How do I buy a game?

1. On the game page, click on the "Comprar", or "Adicionar ao carrinho" button. It has a small cart. You can do it for several games and pay it once. You can only do it once for each game, just like Steam.
2. On the next page, you will have to identify yourself. You may register a new account, or use Facebook, or even Twitter. For a new account, they ask you the following information (in this order): Name, Last Name, Email, Login, Password, Password again. There is also a checkbox about their terms of service and another one for their newsletter.
3. After identifying yourself, you just have to choose your way to pay for the games. If you choose paypal, it will pop an internal windows in English.

How do I retrieve my games?

You have to click on your username (up there in the right) and then on "Meus games". After that, you can click on your game and check your keys.

I didn't check Fifa 2014, as I already have it, I hadn't seen any comments about it being any worse. But, I suppose at that price, I don't mind it being the PS3/Xbox360 Version.

Worked for me as far as amazon who when I tied my irish visa to the amazon.com account I get the message below. Any way around that outside have a us visa card ? I usually use amazon.co.uk for my amazon needs!

Works fine with my Irish Visa, I just registered a new account on amazon.com using a different email address and a US postal address.

You don't even need to create an extra account, just add a billing address in the USA and set it for One-Click purchases.

Post you probably mean is is in previous page. That's actually a good price, You can get russian or polish region locks cheaper trough VPN, but I am not quite sure about consequences. Cheapest European region I see is €23.87

I don't think there can be any consequences.

I could go to Russia/Brazil/Poland and purchase an item for steam over there, play it on any PC, then when I come home play it through my steam account on my home PC. That's one of the many reasons steam is so good.

Xbox are the only ones that seem to console ban people, and also seem to be the only ones that dish out any sort of punishment for being bold/treat people like Schoolchildren.
