    I'm not really a lunch person.....don't worry, I well make up for it later on in the evening with monster feeds of chicken and other meats :D

    It's not that odd - if you look at the total diet that people use for mass gain v's fat loss you'll find the big differences are more in the fat & carb macronutrient intakes.
