Since this rep thing started I've been wondering if people would hold back their point of view because of their fear of getting "bad rep points" but to be honest I could'ent give give a monkeys. this means that the person giving you rep doesn't have enough karma themselves to affect your score. it neither subtracts or adds anything to your score

I think if you have over fifty posts and have a green dot you can affect anybodys i think, the more green dots the more points you can give or take away.

first of all you need to upload the image to some webspace. For instance, sign up at http://members.boards.ie
then you get the location of the image
eg
http://members.boards.ie/cutebutton/rep.jpg

when you enter it in a thread surround it by image tags
