Time for a fresh start as the new Football Manager is out.

Post here players you would recommend people to sign, be it free transfers or world class players. Anything goes.

Make sure you add position and role you've placed him in.

*I'll update this with a list as soon as people start posting.

Obviously this is gonna depend on what level your playing at, like, Premier League or League of Ireland

Joseph Lapira, signed as a free transfer and bagged 28 goals in 32 games. Absolute quality. For St Pats too btw...

Another player I forgot is Kevin (19yo). Cant remember he's team but it was a Spanish team.

Great playmaker who dominates the Championship league and just about can play at Premier league. Only 2mil and grows into a passing machine.

Gonzalo Berseggio- fiery argentinian striker i signed for zenit- banged in the goals all season and provided plenty of assists as well

The Liverpool reserves have a number of quality yougfella aswell as the Spanish League.

Josh McEachran - 17 at the start of the game, fantastic midfielder.

You can add Ronan Finn to the LOI list. You'd probably have to pay 100k-ish for him but he's worth every penny. I'd say he's probably good enough to play Championship in the game.

Vagner Love-- Not exactly a goal Machine, but he is so man for the assists.So far this season, and im only half way through he has 8 assists.Picked him up for 5.5 mill.

David Luiz- Centre Defender or Left back..Picked him up for 4.7 mill.Excellent Long throw..

Luis Suarez-- Picked him up for 5.5 mill..Fantastic player..His value has risen to 10 mill..

Lads, je's just won me the champions league. Read on a random forum recently that he was a 'plant' player, as in, plays well and above his stats.

In his 5 seasons with me his average performance is 7.55.

You might be able to sign Yaya Sanogo. Young french striker from AJ Auxerre.

Also, and I cannot rate him highly enough, and IF you can sign him... FM 09 & 10 legend, Toni Kroos of Bayern. Ridiculously difficult to sign due to his love for the club, but if you do, he is an absolute gem of a player.

^Tried to sign Phil Jones, rejected my 20m bid. Maybe next year untill I unsettle him.

Its impossible to sign Kroos. Can never get him to sign a contract despite the club accepting the fee.

If your looking for a poor mans Messi, theirs a young guy called Pablo Piatti playing for Almerìa. Primary postions are AML/AMC but can also play on the right and as a striker.

Adam Rooney or Leigh Griffiths.

People should also sign Lucas, AM from Sao Paulo, Rafael Toloi who is a CB, Tom Cairney, CM from Hull.

Signed all 3 for my Manchester United team and Lucas and Cairney now start despite being 17 and 19 respectively.

If your lower league around LOI level, Jamil Adam is a must have. 75 league goals in 90 games. I'd say he has about 95 in 120 games overall since I signed him.

if your in the championship i recommend michael brown, soo good for building a team around at that level. gives you consistency and can score goals and make them.

hazard is savage and neymar is good too, pastore is class but he costs between 30 and 40 million. iker muniain is decent as well, de gea is a great keeper for the future. All great investments for the future. Lucas from sao paulo in brazil and khouma babacar from fiorentina are good too

What level club are you at? What sort of budget?

Its the 2014 season, im with chelsea and ive about 20 million to spend.
sorry i should of said earlier.. its just cole is getting on and i need to replace him. I was looking at this 19 year old from fiorentina but they wont sell.

Cissokho of Lyon, does/did a great job in my first game. Gets in on the assists and the odd goal.

Alex Sandro of Santos, excels from the age of 23/24 and is the Brazil #1 in my current game (2017)

Danny Wilson of Liverpool is excellent at LB. if you can afford him that is. His current value in my game is £40 million :eek:

Lucas Digne of Lille, becomes #1 French left back

Fabio Coentrao of Benfica, one of the best left sided players in the game

And last but not least is Chelsea's own Ryan Bertrand. Becomes one of the best left backs in the EPL.

Jack Robinson of Liverpool could be another option.

If the players aren't at the clubs I listed, either search for them or go their club's transfer history and look em up.

Dodo, think he was at Feyenoord when I bought him for about 8 million but can't remember what season that was, sorry!! All I know is that he was epic for me and I had bids of 25+ million coming in for him from Real and United within a year!!

I'm in Leauge 2 playing as Rotterham and find Febian Brandy (Free agent, just released from Man Utd) is a shockingly great player. Apparently he prefers to sign for L1 people at first and he can be tricky enough to get into lower teams due to wage demands, but so far he's banged in 23 goals in 15 games for me as a poacher.

What a hero he was in FIFA10. Signed em with Accrington in L2 and he was in the CL winning team a few years later! Legend!

He's with Luton so won't be signing him! He isn't as good as my best striker though, who's at a similar level...

Emmanuel Françoise, who was my POTY in Siere C2 which is like the equivilant of League 2 if I'm correct. He's class anyway!

Alain N'Kong (AMC), Julio Rossi (ST/AMRLC), Stefano Oliveri and Samir El Moussaoui (both centre halves) are all cracking players at that level if anyone wants to try sign em!
