Dakota fanning in War of the worlds. Actually, Dakota fanning in any film she's done. Maybe we could have her shipped off to a sweat shop making footballs for nike in asia somewhere........
Oh and Juno from the film of the same name.

+1 , when she was in the back of the car shouting for her mom , i wanted the cruiser to line her up so the aliens could zap her , she,d be gone and we would get to hear more of that cool sound they make

that movie was great in the 1st half , then andy dufrane showed up

Good point. I think I hate cowardly characters more than evil characters. Upham in Saving Private Ryan for example.

    "I'm home, you lucky people!"

    I love that film.
Di Caprio is great in it.
Yeah De Niro gives a great portrayal of a tyrant.

A couple- maybe not the worst.

Peter Stormare's monosyllabic psychopath in "Fargo".

    Aaron
Eckhardt's sociopathic misogynist in "In the company of men".

Sticking [sort of] with Stephen King, Mrs. Carmody in 'The Mist', truly despised that woman.

Thats the only time ive ever seen/heard a cinema audience applaud when she got her comeuppance

Billy going nuts and tearing his tongue out has to be one of the most satisfying yet horrifying scenes ever

I'll have to go with Gary Oldman playing Standsfield in Leon myself. Absolutely brilliantly acted, but I hate him more and more every time I see the end of that film :(

any charechter that tilda swinton plays , i hate that actress for the simple reason that she is a dead ringer for someone i worked for while overseas some years ago , this woman was the epitome of cruelty and nastiness
