The black eye variety. Thats why I think he certainly can be questioned.

Can you be pardoned for something you haven't been convicted of yet though?

Well Nixon was only being investigated wasn’t he?

So to clarify is there some kind of Secret service procedure to remove Trump and his family from the White House once the time comes to move the squatters along? Preside elect Biden team eluded to it earlier today

The kind of presence used to evict a few lesbian squartters from a Berlin building a few weeks back.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

    .

Not going well in court for Trump this time in Michigan. The judge said the evidence offered by the republicans of voter fraud was "hearsay within hearsay" :D

Christ I thought you'd take advantage of the new thread and move on from your mistake but this is impressive.

That would require there to have been a mistake. Go back, find one and prove it, or just ... run along.

I imagine it's the same as if you were in the white House for a function and refused to leave after.

Just get large men to pick them up and drop them outside the gates.

    Like this?

I can only assume Trump though he'd be making his "case" directly to Comey Barrett.

Who knew an unusual side effect of stuttering was confusing your wife for your sister because they changed positions?

    Done to death

Trump lost, cry your tears and move on.

Trump will actually resign before January.

    He has to.

So that Pence can become president and give him a presidential pardon for all the ongoing and upcoming criminal investigations.

And then he's going to go on rallies all across the country, dragging his security team (to which he is entitled as an ex-president) from one Trump owned venue to the next so that he can keep making some money.

    Because he's also pretty broke.

He'll keep the circus going for another four years, keeping his cult followers happy, making money and scaring the republican party into quietly buying him off to make room for the next guy and secure his "pension"

I thought he can’t be pardoned if they are no indictments yet?

He will try to start a civil war.
He is petty like that and revenge means everything to him.

    That's a fake quote Maebee.

    https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-factcheck-trump-republicans-meme-idUSKBN2342S5

While the quote has been debunked several times since it apparently surfaced in 2015, users have recently been resharing it on social media. Examples can be seen here , here , here , here

The meme reads: “If I were to run, I’d run as a Republican. They’re the dumbest group of voters in the country. They believe anything on Fox News. I could lie and they’d still eat it up. I bet my numbers would be terrific. - Donald Trump, People Magazine, 1998”

Snopes first wrote about the false quote here in October 2015 . Since then, the quote has been debunked multiple times ( here , here , here ).

No. Pence could issue a blanket pardon to trump for any and all federal crimes committed during his time as president.
