Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

nop, a flight or a boat can take you anywhere, the only true indicator you've landed in Eire is the amount of sweatpants.. I mean, I just returned from a trip abroad, at the departure airport I didn't even have to look up the gate, when I saw suspicious concentration of grey sweatpants I knew I was at the right gate

Why is it ok for us to cover our faces with makeup but we disapprove of Muslim women covering their faces with veils?

Definitely not me, no. I've never corrected anyone for saying that. Nope, not me. Never. That would be terribly pedantic, so of course I've definitely never done that. At all, ever.

Why does everyone appear offended about these women wearing veils yet in some parts of Africa it's the men who have to do that yet no-one complains?

public toilets with no disposable seat covers. I'll be ****ed if im sitting on a manky germy seat that's hosted countless holes before me. and squatting is OK but not ideal. seat covers all the way

I often use the squatting technique in public toilets. You can empty your bowels while simultaneously giving your quads a good workout.
