Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Galway Plate

I've only had eyes for Mortal in this all week. I fully expect him to run to his potential at some stage, and this trip and ground should be just about right. The jockey has a great 40% win for Joseph. 33/1 is bigger than I hoped for

    2 Points EW 33/1 6 places paddy

I think Magnetic North has a real e w chance in the next at 12/1. Ran well a couple of times at Galway including in this off a few pounds higher last year and trip too long the last twice. Has to be there or there abouts.

Saltonstall 10/1 in the Mile Handicap may be my small dabble tomorrow...

Can we get a "giddy up"!!

RTE describing a 63 rated handicapper with a strike rate of 1-29 as an eyecatcher is one of the highlights thus far.

He was punted from 20s last night into as short as 11/2 today. He missed the break completely and finished like a train passing around 10 horses in the last 2f to finish third.

What other way would you expect them to describe the horse? He was an eyecatcher.

Well done bud had €5ew on him and nice return at 10/1 . Thought he was beat on the line and with long wait of Photo finish was thinking DH .. well done againðŸ‘

Meet Dance Emperor. That's exactly what he does, an eyecatcher he certainly wasn't, he ran his usual race there's a reason he's 1-28.

Very keen on King Pellinor in the last for JOB and JP.

Big Baby Bull in the 'big' one too. Won with any amount in hand last time out.

With you on KP, think they've found the key with him and will be quite a bit higher in the handicap both on the flat and over hurdles in a few months. Think the money will arrive right about now 😁

They are lashing into Charlie Byrne's horse in the last anyway. Crazy price considering the number of entries in a handicap race.

10/11 at the off. Fools and their money.

The Elliot horses in the Plate look the shouts tomorrow, Galvin a short at 9/2 but The Storyteller at 20s with some places going 6 places!

**Going to back Galvin on the nose... changed my mind and Storyteller ew!

Us and them my main bet tomorrow in the plate, if he gets on the lead he'll be hard caught. Winter escape is one for a small ew too, back with Howard and really well handicapped if he can get back to somewhere near his best.

2 for me tomorrow. Tara Dylan 5.15pm Galway. Has won at course and dropping down to a nice mark for tomorrow. Ran a cracker on the flat lto against a handicap good thing. 20/1 ew 4 places. The other I like is Zhui Feng in the last at Goodwood 4.40pm- plummeting down to 90 this horse runs well here and Jim Crowley in the saddle helps. This guy will go in soon I think today is the day 14/1 ew 4 places.

I think Townend is on the wrong Mullins poke today. Maybe they want Paddy to win this!!!???

Easy game clearly didnt stay the RSA but his second to Faugheen over this distance is bloody good form. The least exposed in the field also, surely there's a lot more improvement there. 10s is fair and he's worth a bet.

It's a real shame Morga's race looks to be unusually competitive for the grade today. I'm gutted- had her as lump material at this festival for quite some time.

I'll be lumping on anyway. 40s

Mrs Milner in the 5.15. Its rare i'd find two to back at Galway.

No bet at Goodwood, i think Mohaather beats Siskin though.

Nothing going on here, quite simply Paddy cannot do 10-12, lowest Paddy can do is about 11-2 so same reason as to why he is on Aramon tomorrow(PT regular ride) and not Buildmeupbuttercup.

Patrick would hardly do the weight maybe?

I think Galvin is a good thing for the plate his run behind Imperial aura in Cheltenham was very good only raised 6 pounds and was 9 lengths ahead or 3rd imperial aura got 12 pounds. Had a nice blow out in Killarney few weeks ago to should be spot on for this.

Morga as well for me in Galway. Well handicapped, some nice prep races, the 40/1 was ridiculous, Galway always a target for this owner. Worth taking a chance on.

Done Easy Game in a single
    Have Galvin doubled with Siskin
Mrs Riveting is on Spyglass Hill with Rogers money of course

I've done the Grand National and Cheltenham bets for the missus when requested (usually based on a horses name or some other nonsense).

Her : "Did my horse win?"
    Me : "no, afraid not"
Her : "really? why, what happened"
    Me : ".......eh......???"

Kameko, easy game, buildmeup.. (Thur) . Singles and treble for me.
surprised at kameko price - very fair, unless he's lost a leg!

Circus Maximus at 7.8 for me.
He has won three Group 1s and was second in this last year.
I think he will figure. His few failures were at a mile as a 2yo, and at 10f and 12f.

Me too without a whole lot of confidence due to the depth of the 3yo challenge. , but he has the class to battle while many of the others are overestimated. Mohaater's last win looks overrated to me, Siskin has to improve 5lbs but has an X factor.

Love Wichita and Kameko. Vatican City could do the same this year as Circus Maximus did last year, but this is too hot of a race to expect him to get to the winners spot today.
