Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    As for the topic at hand, not really surprised. The saying "the devil makes use of idle hands" comes to mind. I'm guessing the looting was the main objective, with the sexual assaults happening because the animals don't know how to be civil amongst women.

    They were probably right not to bother reporting it for 4 days. It'll be deflected/dismissed and played down by the Headupholeristas anyway.

    Ffs, the police have confirmed the following

    - a ground of around 1,000 men gathered at the train station
    - 60 complaints have been received about their behaviour, of these, one is reporting a rape and around 2/3 of them reporting sexual assaults
    - it was also reported they pickpocketed people.

    So you think a group of 1,000 men gathering for the purpose of groping, robbing and even raping women is normal? It isn't.

    There have been numerous articles online about the difficulties in those centres and conflicts with locals.

    You can't just herd people into sub standard accomodation with hundreds sleeping in halls and expect everything to be fine.

    For those of you who do not like to be called Racist. Here is a very simple definition that should help you avoid the 'PC police.'

    When a group of or individual Black / Muslim / Jew / Hindu / Pakistani / Sikh / Irish / Chinese people / refugees - insert any other ethnicity or nationality here - commits a wrongful act or a crime, using that as justification to tar all people with a similar background as likely to behave in the same fashion, or suggesting that actions/laws against entire groups of such populations are justifiable because of the actions of these people, is the definition of racism.

    So if you don't want to be called a racist, well, don't be one.

    BS animals are animals no matter where they live. There are no excuses.

    You can't just import people whose culture is to treat their own women like dirt and then wonder why they have no problem raping. No one stood up to them and their aggressive marching through Europe demanding to go to the countries of their choice so why would they have any regard for western rules. I've said it before and I'll say it again the damage Angela Merkel has done to Europe will be immeasurable and history will remember her very unkindly as she deserves.

    I'm not sure what your point is, other than pure semantics. The implication in this instance is clearly directed against refugees, and more specifically against refugees from the middle-east.

    Germans stunned when influx of 1.1 million Refugees from entirely foreign cultures starts to throw up issues. Part of me is picturing that chap leaning out the window, shouting "You twat!"

    I'm possibly alone in thinking that this may "whisper it", only be the start of their discomfiture. Sadly, the ordinary people will bear the brunt. The architects of the policy will remain wonderfully isolated from any fallout.

    I never meant it as an excuse for the behaviour, rather that these people had an expectation of a certain standard of living and now find themselves in dormitories with hundreds of others.

    There have been numerous reports of problems in those camps for want of a better word, and now it seems it's spilling over.

    Germany have managed this badly.
