If your looking for something differant go visit Larchill Arcadian Garden's in Killcock,
just outside Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
Spent four hours here. none stop picture taking.
Lake...Archery...Med.ruins...Macro paradise....tea room. Entrence fee 7.50 worth it.

Upcomeing event Sat, 13th Sept.
Annual Poultrey Market day. 11am-5pm

Car show in Limerick racecourse (Patricks well turn) been there a few times always had some nice cars there might be a good day out it the weather is nice

Tramore Surf & Sea Festival September 20 & 21. I just spotted it in the local paper (the Munster Express). Don't have any other details yet.

Haven't been to the B. Garden but am eagar to go now...

Seen the site you posted and looks interesting and close to city centre.
Guessing l would say any day from 4-6pm would be quiet enough. When you get ur pics, please post.

Open House Dublin

OPEN HOUSE DUBLIN This is a unique and hugely interesting event. For the third year Open House Dublin is taking place, this year on 16-19 Oct 2008. Over the 4 days a large amount of buildings (136!!) - most of them are normally not accessible - can be visited and guided tours are provided in most locations. All is provided for free and it is a bit like a 3-day Culture Night that focuses on buildings and architecture.

Mmmmmm! l see Croke park is one venue opened to the public.
