Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I bought a t-shirt last week that was reduced to €21 in the sale for €11 with the Elverys voucher but just received an email telling me that it's out of stock and that they are refunding me my €11 and giving me a 10% discount for the inconvenience.

    So I've lost the €10 voucher??? That's pretty harsh IMO! Plus I can get 15% off the 3Plus app so the 10% discount is pretty much worthless.

    They did exactly that with me that as well, ordered some socks of 16 euro using code then received email telling me they’re out of stock & refunding me 6 euro &10% code.

    It took 5 days for mine to be delivered to the shop. First email was confirmation, second email was for dispatch and third was ready to be collected from store. Dispatch and delivery to store happened the same day. It can take up to 7 days for item to be dispatched

    Nope, you can't use two codes during checkout. Also 15% off only works for full price items, while the 10euro off was for all products.

    Pretty sure you enter it at the last stage, where it asks for a gift card number

      This happened me as well. I had to sign in with someone else's account.
