NCAD have an art shop on Thomas St, it's outside the campus, so as far as I know it's open for all. It's in an old bookies if your looking for it. Pretty good prices.

Joyce's, on Prince's St., a beautiful shop in general but they stock lots of bits and pieces like glitter, beads, buttons, feathers, masks etc. etc. It's great for teachers, but for everyone else in between too. Oh and great for handmade paper..

Take a look at my new webstore

I stock card-making and scrapbooking supplies from Holland, UK, US and of course Ireland. Postage is only €2.00 and the payment system is linked to AIB on a secure server.

Hope you like it

NCAD Art SHop is "a4art"

HI, just to correct the above post, A4 Art is the new name for the Art supply shop Thomas St, Dublin 8.

(There is still no sign outside the shop but it is just past NACD after the clock pub and is bropwn on the outside)

You can view more contact details here

We are open MonFri 10-6pm & Sat 10-5pm

We hope to bring in new and different products that the other larger shops are just ignoring or overpricing.

We don't want the quality to go down and we do want value, a hard nut to crack.

SO our policy is to try strike a balance between Price/Quality & also to try and find new and exciting art & craft materials. We are happy to hear all suggestion and comments good or bad.

Well anyhow, I hope this isn't regarded as spamming the forum but I just wanted to clarify an earlier post.

If you log onto the site and send us a mail we will keep your email for future new products and special offers. Of course this data will be private and only used for expressed pruposes.

Thanks. is offline
