One of the lads in our group is being constantly asked to verify his email address every time he uses the Spotify app. Is anyone else having this issue and is there a way of resolving it? Thanks.

Sorry never came across that issue. But I would have thought that you being the "head of the family" it would be you having to verify your details, or maybe you haven't confirmed he is a family member maybe.
