Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It’s not anything like on the scale the SF story is though. Outlets up north are all over it. They weren’t with the DUP money.

The DUP's cash for ash scheme could cost half a billion. Some of the farmers who be benefited from the scheme were very close to the DUP. Brian Foster, Arelene's husband comes to mind.

As your recent post makes very clear, you and I don't share the same sense of humour, so I strongly suspect that I would be incapable of humouring you. It's tragic, but I know my limitations.

It’d be more honest for you just to say ‘i made totally inaccurate comments earlier about a public representative and a private citizen who died in another country’ - rather than more avoidance techniques

We should always be aware that 'English' and 'British' are not necessarily ubiquitous, there's loads of English people with no Irish heritage, generally left-wing or socialist in outlook whom support a United Ireland, they sort of see us as 'the enemy of my enemy (Westminster/the Monarchy) is my friend' as well as a surprising number of middle and upper class English whom are Hibernophile by instinct, having a rugged and romanticised perception of us as people who are earthy, 'a good laugh' and are connected with hunting, fishing, rugby, etc, all the tweedy outdoorsy stuff as well as the famed liking for 'the drink'.

Middle Class English people, lifestyle and locations are as dull as dishwater in comparison so who can blame them and if they like us and can think outside their boxes then they're welcome as far as I'm concerned.

Well I appreciate his donation, I don't vote but it still will help the Gaelic communities of Ulster which is what Sinn Fein do best. Anything that annoys unionist is welcome.
