Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It's time to have a think on myself, my missus went off visiting and my communication device was in the car, ffs I had the shakes nearly when she got back. She had a meeting earlier and the laptop was in it too.
    All home now, cuddling my phone.
    Watching coogans bluff on TV with my final coffee of the day.

    I had terrible insomnia last night (hello my old friend, we have to stop meeting at 3am).

    I hadn't the energy to go for a run early, so got out at 19:00 (7pm in old money) and got 9.5km plus a TRX workout (in the park) done.

    Guess the park;

    479143.jpg

    I call it my 'Pac-Man' run because I try to fill in all the paths red on my GPS over a 10km distance.

    So to now, my metabolism is running riot because of the late workout so going to have a glass or two of whiskey and settle down with my Kindle in the scratcher and hope sleep comes.

    Mutt found someones wallet during this mornings walk, found the guys house phone number and returned it to him before I think he even realised that he had lost it.

    Now having a celebratory Nespresso with the mutt on the balcony, mutt treat for him :)

    At the desk in the sunshine! Having to indent the code I'm writing around the sunny part of the screen so I can read it. It's either that or pull down the blind (nope!)

    Going to sit in the garden and read the paper. Absolutely wrecked. Went for a long walk this morning, then painted a shed. Of course by then the grass was dry, so had to be cut,

    Have it on record. Remember it well, just like Deirdre Jacob in Newbridge and others. All happened when I was in my 20s. And here we are now.

    Really disturbed by the latest case of the 14 year old who died last year. Trial started yesterday. Heartbreaking. Not aloud talk about it on boards, but just wanted to express and link my emotions to it. Crazy world we live in.

    Watching that prog myself. Tortured souls left behind.
    If you have, a body at least you have closure and a place to grieve, and, what sicko would remove a memorial plaque.
    Coffee time, it helps with Distressing programmes like this.
