Home from a brilliant fishing session. Having coffee and watching the rain.

** passes back of envelope and pencil in hope of finding out the extent¹ of todays haul **

¹ - Maybe not many left to catch ;)

28 brown trout. 15 over 10 inch and 2 over 13 inch. All returned safely for the next guy on the river.

Now, finishing the crossword and trying hard not to scoff the last of the Easter eggs.

I wish you luck cutting mine. A week since the last cut, growing frantically, and rained on for two days. It'll take two dry and breezy days to dry it and then it'll have two more days growth.

Catching up on a few emails.

I feel your pain. Its a constant battle at this time of year. The heatwave last summer was great in one way. No cutting for weeks.:D

Pissed off at a Cancer thread in After Hours. I've contributed, but regret doing so. What a waste of time. Don't mention Stroke either! Fooking hell some people talk and think like its beyond them.:(

There are places across all social media where you are lucky to come out with your sanity still in one piece.
