What type of cloud and what altitude?

https://www.euronews.com/2019/06/05/...listic-missile

Video of missile launch by Russia in Kazakhstan.

At about 29 seconds and 37 seconds in, the missile passes through a cloud. I'm wondering what type of cloud and what altitude would be typical?

Just looks like (bog standard) Cumulus Humilis. Usually around 2000ft but they look a bit lower in that video?

I looked at some other videos of the launch and there was fog / mist on the morning.
