Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Finding it hard working in the home office(spare bedroom) with the kids noise as I’m on the phone / teams a lot so looking to add a small room to the rear of our garage, it’ll be one room with heating and a sink (power and plumbing already at garage).

    Anyone advise of someone?

    Based in Westport

I'm not aware of anyone. The 'Telly man' used to be such a big deal when I was young, but given that the cost has dropped significantly, they're not really being made to repair.

    Hope you fine someone.

What brand of power washer? There is s box of various sizes of O rings that comes up in Lidl every now and again. If you know the size anywhere that sells and services them should be able to help.

Not sure are they open but the likes of Peter Duffy's in Westport might help.

Thanks, tried there but no joy. They recommended O’ Donnels in Westport or there’s a place in ballina but can’t remember their name!

    Hi all,

Does anyone know of any business around the county who will fit tyres which were purchased online to a car?

I've rang around a couple of the lads I usually deal with and neither will do it for me.

Thanks a lot for any recommendations

Anyone know anyone in castlebar who could fix alloy wheels with damage from being scratched on a pavement?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,731 ✭✭✭muddle84

I think Eamonn Reilly does alloys, he is in behind Mulroys petrol station. I have used Western Tyres and Alloy Repairs in Galway before, decent price and good job done. Wheels have to be left at them though!

I found Inspire in Claremorris to have a really good selection. That was a few years ago though so I don't know what they're like now. But i found them the best at the time! Apart from them i found West side carpets in castlebar very good too, ended up buying LVT flooring off them!
