Treated myself to a cheese baguette from Pigs Back in Douglas and picked up some Pate while I was there. Adding to the earlier purchased Brie, Salami and Hummus. I think I've all bases covered

Just had a bowl of fresh strawberries and ice cream while sitting in the garden. It's nearly time for some proper food, so I'm thinking of a omelette with a few veg from the garden - we got a dozen eggs from a neighbour today, so it will be extra tasty.

A nice ham, cheese and pepper omelette along with a fresh apricot and tall glass of cool water.
I rarely make the effort to properly cook for myself... Must remedy that, was a lovely change.
