Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I occasionally see them doing that down in Dun Laoghaire / Sandycove too, but I never seem to have my camera on me when they do. Hopefully this weekend I'll have better luck

For anyone interested I found out from Kerry Bird News on Twitter that the type of Rock Pipit I photographed above is known as Rock Pipit littoralis - ("Scandinavian Rock Pipit")
note the pinkish tinge on the breast in the pic below...
