Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I couldn't even imagine what one of those Barboza body kicks would feel like. :(

The MSG card in November and Vegas at end of year will be much better events.
Colby is my 2nd favorite fighter after Conor. You need crazy characters like him in the sport, otherwise build up to fights is boring like it has been this week.
I wonder if Conor will be back in time for Vegas at end of year. Probably not.

I’m a big colby fan aswell man. Don’t mind the lads here crying about Colby. They’re clearly snowflakes.
Colby has a great attitude and reminds me of a young mcgregor. He is backing up everything he says. Just hope he doesn’t go down the drug route like mcgregor does

I swear to **** they are so fast the camera has missed some of them.

I'm not sure what Felder was up to in that first round, he just stood there and got kicked for most of it.

Some serious damage to both here

Colby is an absolute savage. For a small enough guy he has the heart of a lion. And he never stops going forward. Hope he gets his title shot at MSG, dunno what the issues are. I bet u Marty Snoozeman is the problem.
I would love to see Khabib vs Colby. Let’s see who is the best wrestler. They are more or less the same weight.

How did anyone see that as 30-27

  • Registered Users Posts: 128 ✭✭Cupp3r

Delighted for Paul. Much cleaner strikes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,663 ✭✭✭JoeyJJ

Lets do this. Felder had a good 3rd round.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,539 ✭✭✭John_D80

That result would have been fair for either fighter I think.

    Let’s do it again!!

did anyone here think it was felder after hearing 30-27 especially after edson getting the first call? i didnt myself

they were close rounds but its rare you hear of two getting 30-27

    I am delighted for paul

he has matt browns intensity in the ring but can take damage like few can, what a fighter though

hopefully he keeps on rising up the rankings to eventually face the likes of tony

Best result of the fight was Felder winning for that potential of seeing them fight again, those kicks to the body from Barboza make ya wince just watching them

I've never appreciated how good he is a striker till just there. Being hit with ninja **** and still hitting back like he was isn't easy.

    Now let's go Dustin.

    Delighted for Felder

But dunno how any judge could have scored it 30-27 for him

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 96 ✭✭chin nuts

Yeah delighted for him thought the judges would go barboza with the 2 take downs.

Agreed. Nor can I see how it was scored 30-27 for Barboza. I thought it had draw written all over it.

The rounds weren't clear cut either side. I didn't score it that I'd of had 29-28 but could of slipped either side depending on your outlook of the aggressor

Oh dear. Dustin gave up his back easily to Alvarez so no surprise that he gave it up to Khabib immediately. He didn’t help himself by pausing to have a conversation with his coach while trying to defend the takedown.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 42 Simo08

    Jesus Khabib is just relentless

He looked pretty out on his feet before that takedown, not sure he will survive this one.
