My girlfriend and I bought RDR2 on her PS4 and we've been playing together but we're gonna split now as work is stopping both of us from playing at the same time over the next week or so.

How do I go about getting the game permanently on my PS4 now as well? Does she have to set my PS4 as her primary? And will that affect her console at all?

You set your PS4 as her Home PS4. This will allow you to play her games downloaded on your console without her having to be logged in.

So log into my PS4 on her account and set it as her primary PS4? Thanks man appreciate it.

Think I know the mission you're on about and the exact same thing happened me.
When Kieran takes you to the O'Driscoll hideout? This happened me there too

Xbox One X and RDR2 arrived this morning. So far so boring.

Most if not all the mission that you kill in get a witness if you hang around too long the law investigates. Sometimes they take bodies!

Raging had a load of perfect pelts on my horse, a Perfect wolf corpse and 2 perfect turkeys all gone because of a stupid cut scene outside of the camp. No maker or nothing on it.

I usually chase after the witness and warn them off or knock them out.

Seen something about a white Arabian horse up in the snowy mountains in the northwest. Looks awesome and supposed to be one of the best horses in the game. Gonna go looking for it.

Can someone explain bountys to me?

If I die, bounty is still active.

If I surrender, do I lose all my cash?

It's annoying when you're donating loads and upgrading the camp, then you see someone donate something **** like a bat wing worth 15c!

Also, a couple of times after I landed back at camp after a mission, I seen Bill acting shifty around the money box before moving on. I checked the ledger and sure enough he hadn't donated anything! Looking to skim off the top more likely!

The whole camp thing is just one massive pain in the hole really. Anything related to the campsite so far in the game for me has been pretty boring.

Yeah it’s pretty stupid, if you die then the bounty is still active. I’d have thought the guy who killed you collects the bounty and you’re wanted level decreases – like in GTA if you have 4 stars, you die, but when you wake up the stars are gone.

You can go to a post office and pay the bounties, I’ve done that once, I had accrued about $200 worth of bounties. Was a bit sickening paying most of my money like that but I was sick of getting attacked by people the whole time.

Have done nothing about upgrading it. Is it worth it?

On the pacing, I am actually really enjoying it. It's a different experience than say the new cod, or gta or similar. I think it sets the tone of the world very well. But it's definitely not going to suit everyone

I don’t think they ever ‘catch’ you , per say. But I could be wrong. Anytime they’ve been near me they’ve just been trying to blow my head off.

Something i couldn't figure out last night.

I killed a deer, brought it back to the camp to donate for food etc. However, I couldn't see how to do this. Brought it to the butcher's area, couldn't put it down (square to drop). Anywhere slightly outside of this area, it would drop.

However, it would respawn me into a different area in the camp, and a message would pop up saying that the meat would be stashed in a convenient place or something along those lines

When bringing a pelt or carcass to a butcher you don't need to take it off your horse, it will show up in the Sell inventory

Interesting. Does the bounty still apply when you get out? How the hell do I go about surrendering before they blow my head off?

I think you can only surrender if you dont have a gun drawn or it might pop up as a D-Pad specific option, it did for me when I got into a fight in Valentine and only had a $5 bounty on my head.

Yep the less violent the better. You can also do it by finding a Lawman and antagonising them until they draw weapon. Then you can surrender.

The trek for that horse is well worth it...

Super stats and the white coat look sweet. Bit weak though so avoid firefights on horseback.

    Where to find it...

    Four word review.

    All beauty. No brains.

This is a stunning game but there is so much wrong with the fundamentals, it sucks the fun out of most of it.

The bounty system is so poorly designed. Too easy to get a fine and that’s an hour of playing for cash gone.

The NPCs are idiotic. A guy literally walked into my horse. Now I’m wanted for murder.

No hints on how to do simple things. I’ve had to go to YouTube and watch 5 tutorials on the basics. I don’t need a poker demo. Explain the camp fundamentals. Bringing a carcass to camp is silly.

The number of timed I have robbed people with no NPC anywhere only for one to see you.

Clunky character movement and boring character progression doesn’t help.

I think the most damning thing...it’s just not fun.

Was out and about this afternoon and did something I haven't been inclined to do for many a year.......enter a shop and pay full whack for a newly released game! The more I read about this over the weekend, the less I could resist!

It depends on the crime you commit. If you get done for murder they will shoot.

But if it's just assault they'll come arrest you.

So I’m a few days in and overall I’m disappointed, a stunning looking game, but it’s just not sucking me in and lacks as someone else stated fun, it feels very controlled, loads of cut scenes which interfere with getting lost in the game, movement is painfully slow, I’m skeptical of 97% reviews online bs many critics are afraid to criticize.

turning off hdr actually improves how it looks on the pro. Funny how my mind was conditioned to think turning it on was the right thing to do, only after seeing comments online and disabling I noticed the improvement.

Just walked past Lenny in the camp and he said
"That night in Valentine were we really slapping each other in the face?"
This was weeks ago, delivery was perfect, still chuckling.

I get why people don't like it but what it does well it does very well. Sometimes you're just not into the world it's set in.

Is it really murder if some complete egat walks out in front of my horse and I don't see him? Had to quickly restart the game to avoid that one. A little annoying.

I cam across those lads as well, shot them as I saw one of them going for his gun, but couldn't open the safe. Thought it was because I intervened too early and Arthur can't open safes.

Or maybe there are none available? That’s what I always assumed when I couldn’t buy any, but perhaps you’re right in saying it’s glitched.

Having way too much fun to care about that issue though. :D

I have a possible glitch where the map legend appears by default every time i go to the map. I turn it off every time but it still appears when I go back. Only restarting the game fixes it.

Got that as well very annoying seems to have sorted itself out now though. Try power cycling or restarting.

Think it happens when you enable the index then close the map.

Just realised you have to actually look at the recipe pamphlets in order to know how to craft them. Just purchasing them isn't good enough.

Also, if you bump into people in towns alot just wait till you get to Saint Denis.

Been playing this a good bit since Friday and am still only on chapter two. The slow pace doesn't bother me so my main gripes would be the over zealous bounties and Arthur's movement being incredibly imprecise.

My favourite side of the road encounter so far was
a KKK leader shouting at two new recruits trying to put up a cross only for it to fall and crush the two of them with me shooting the leader and looting the lot of them :pac:

Has anybody figured out a way to get the people in camp to request things for you ? Dutch asked for a pipe after I first set up camp and I got it for him but no one else has asked despite there being a trophy for it.

Got at least a couple which triggered during missions.

Not sure how I'm getting away with it but haven't been engaged by bounty hunters or the law at all. I'm not killing people excessively and whenever I do haven't been leaving any witnesses. Paid off bounties twice but currently only have a $60 from a shootout in Valentine, which involved a lot of murder. $60 seems cheap!

This only happens to me if I set a camp too near another town/village/place. It puts me back to 'outside' of the area.
