Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What general area are you in, Brian, and what's the weather like?

A6 Allroad came out a lane way onto road as I was passing. Couldn't stop, lucky road was clear so I could escape onto opposite side, mere inches from being a very bad holiday. Was well shaken by it !!
Driver never looked or slowed until I was leaning on horn and screeching round their bonnet :(

Was with the girlfriend last week one night and we met a hired out car coming against us on the completely wrong side of the main road and moving fairly quick and they didn't swerve back to their own side until the last second. Got a fair fright aswell

You were lucky. I wouldn't like to hit a bear. I hit a badger once and it was like driving over a concrete block :-)

What a horrible day out there :( I've to go round up a cow for the factory in the morning too, she broke away the last day she was due to go!

Good to hear you're still with us Brian! I'd miss you a bit if you left us :p

thats frightening, it goes to show how much we are at the mercy of other road users. In the last week 2 drivers have gone the wrong way up the motorway beside us, fine if they want to kill themselves but dont take out other innocent people

Was talking to lad this morning at funeral and he was saying about how much his wife helps him around the place. He's a bit of a character so I said 'you're a lucky man to have her...it wouldn't do for anything to happen her' (meaning flu etc). 'Huh ah you're right......if anything happen (name) it would take two out of the graveyard to replace her :)
