Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The RTE reporter Dimitri O'Donnell.
Nothing wrong with Dimitri but it just doesn't sound right as a full name.

Masturbating furiously into a bucket of sawdust.

    Would depend on the surname.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

One of the Geordie Shore alumni has named her baby boy "Rox".

Why? Because the urban dictionary definition of Rox means "ultra cool".

    Maybe he rox?

I heard of some celebrity that has a young daughter called Pebbles. Pebbles is grand up until around 5 but when you are 35 and your name is Pebbles there is something wrong.

Katie Price's daughter is called Bunny. Imagine applying for jobs with that as your first name.

Just saw a baby Analia on Facebook ... I guess it's probably supposed to be pronounced something like Anna-Leah, however in my head it's more like "Anal ... Yeah!"

The worst name I've heard recently is not a child. It's the barmaid one who had the fling with the dirty Baker who'd stick a bun in your oven as quick as he d look at you - Paul Hollywood.

    Tee-Jay.

I had spent the last few weeks wondering what names TJ stood for (acquaintences new baby) but having just seen it written down & the choice of spelling for the first time, I assume it’s not short for anything. I despair.

    It's T. J.
    And it's very common

    Yep, that too.
I know a few juniors, but yea probably more Josephs now you say it.
Either way, very common, & hardly a terribly name!

Gretchen. Awful name for a girl, great name for a goblin like creature.

I know a bloke named Sharon and another named Maria. In fairness they are Israeli so they probably think we're strange for calling women Sharon and Maria. After all the Hebrews invented the names first.

Bernice was one of the worst one I have heard of.

Back at the start of internet age - brother at a company training day was challenged to find sites where users employed easily guessed username and passwords

On a well known adult entertainment site - username bunny - had the password bunny ...

    The mind boggles ...

while working in the healthcare sector i met a young girl called malena.
Her parents were concerned to see a lot of people react oddly to hearing her name. im sure they googled it...
it refers in medical terms to a discription of a poo and blood mixed output while passing a bowell motion

Yep. I can confirm that the the letters don't stand for any names, and the name is just the letters T and J spelt phonectially. Tee-Jay.

Scrotes have a habit of naming their kids after things they can't afford.

Imagine in a couple of years HR offices will be sorting the names in piles in pile one we will have:

Daniel, Mary , john , Joseph, Monica, Anne,

In pile two we will have:
Siobhan, Saoirse, Ossin, Fionn, Fergal and Caoimhe

    In pile three:
Blessed, promise, mercedes, Opal, Diamond, Tyler, Mason and lets not forget little Bisto, I mean Braxton.

Guess which pile is going in the shredder and which pile is getting called for interview?

Can you see anyone from that third pile ever looking for employment?

Unless as you say yourself, Independent Pharmaceutical Salesman?

I will have you know that little Bistos Father is very busy right now. Its coming up to the busy season, what not with parties, Sales and he is expanding the business. He is also in debt recovery and at the rate he is going he will be in running a sort of Pop up stream lined dating agency. :D

They're not going to need to look for regular employment like regular plebs like John and Mary. They're all going to be Youtube stars or influencers or models.
