    had a delicious slice of Apple Tart from Scally's SV in Clon earlier with a mg of tea.. hmm hmm.. is there anything better while watching TV with the feet up at the end of a Monday?!

    Ordered a Chinese. Satay chicken, chicken curry and fried rice with some chips, mushrooms and curry and prawn crackers. I'll have left overs tomorrow.

    Wednesday night beers. A meal for one later. Lamb shank in a mint gravy on a bed of mash. Onions and mushrooms on the side.

    I'm getting some new potatoes in the farmers' market this Saturday.
    I like them with black olives, olive oil, vinegar and fresh onion.

    A chicken stir fry in a Korean BBQ sauce. Red and green pepper and onion mix with some scotch bonnet chilli for the heat. Over rice with some skinny fries on the side. A Rebel Chilli sauce in the wok. Irish made and fab!

    My cooking is very limited at the moment..im mostly living on sandwiches and chocolate. Wouldn't be surprised if i get diagnosed with scurvy soon!

    Who knew dill could be so controversial! :D

    Chicken salad with olives yesterday. Going to have a cheese bagel and coffee for lunch. The chicken is Fire Pit precooked from Tesco. I love it!
