Bit perplexed by the lads on the podcast saying we'd to head up to Markievicz Park?

    I thought we'd home advantage.

Savage video isn't it. The joy and misery that one video gives me is incredible. But christ we keep getting up and going again

Great news that the other 2 league games are live on GAAGO.

    Any link? nothing on GAAGO

    No link.

It was mentioned on the podcast that the games were live on GAAGO.

All league games that aren't going to broadcast on television will be streamed via GAAGO due to our inability to attend games with the pandemic.

    Tis the future.:D

I really hope it's history before long and we're back testing our hearts in the stand again!!!!

    I'd imagine 10 yo yos.

That's the figure if I recall in the past.

Indeed, what would be the point of a GAA match in an empty ground that isn't screened in any way?

Home and home arrangement in the Connacht Championship and the last Mayo V Sligo game (2017) was played in MacHale Park.

Good interview with Chris Barrett on the Mayo News podcast.

Keith Higgins will captain the Mayo hurlers this year.

    https://www.rte.ie/sport/gaa/2021/0506/1214137-gaago-to-stream-non-televised-allianz-league-games/

5 euro for league games that are not being televised
8 euro for championship that are not being televised (all ours will be I would assume)
25 euro season pass for all GAAGO matches
    Great value imo

Interesting that he flagged Eoin O Donoghue as one who could come into contention this year .....

Well they're clubmates (or were before chris transferred to Clontarf) so its natural he'd be flagging him.
But i hope he's right, they're cut from the same cloth.

he's the most similar to Barrett in the squad in my view, and a natural replacement for Chrissy now that he's retired.

Was always a bit puzzled why Horan would have left him out, particularly when he had to drop Keegan back to the full back line.

Love it. Wonder when will the 'away' jersey be released?

As a former goalie back in the early 90's, a keepers jersey with short sleeves doesn't look right to me :-)

It's a nice looking piece of kit in fairness....if I didn't have a couple of other Mayo jerseys on the go I'd consider it (the 15% off brings it to a slightly less eye watering price of €60)

Where are you getting the 15% off?

On the Elverys site...I got a pop up when I clicked on the link. The code is 15EXTOFF

Tried it on the news keeper jersey and won't work. Assume new gear is on the excluded list.

    I was at it
Only been at 4 or 5 hurling games before
Standard was good enough (I knew that it wasn’t the Munster final)
Game was close and that’s always exciting
