Just an arcade with the master control thing.

If you already own a nightclub then get the extra warehouse space and hire the extra warehouse workers to assign them to the new business procurement, this is all separate to the MC so no bonuses right now but it is completely passive other than the sell mission so no buying supplies either.

If you don't already own a nightclub then buy it after getting the MC stuff now, even without a discount if you're playing the game the stock ticks up so in a week or 2 you'd have made the outlay back.

With the nightclub, i know i find have to buy supplies but it is it just an extra added on, like do i still have to go to reach business, buy/steal supplies and do sell missions from there as well or is the nightclub one stop shop for businesses where i don't need to buy/steal at all and just wait for sell missions to appear?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,559 ✭✭✭refusetolose

I just have mine set to "Passengers". So anyone can get in but they can't drive.

good chance it'll get blown up then though

you wont have to buy supplies for nightclub produce
the nightclub technicians do it all ,once you set them up
you won't have to do anything only a fast sell mission when it builds up

But is that separate to the individual businesses, like once i have a nightclub, will i still have to check in on the businesses or never have to go to them again? Sorry, i looked up a few vids but bit confused.

No, you won't need to check in on the businesses, just assign a technician in the nightclub and that's it. No resupply missions or no need to buy resupplies. I think Tony may text when one of them is full but you might wanna keep an eye on it. The only thing that will stop production in the nightclub is if you shut down the business.

Awesome, thanks lads. So am i better off not getting the club yet and make the most out of double money on mc sales and getting it next week as night club doesn't get double money for those sales?

I woudl think if youre not gonna buy any more MC or Bunkers then go for the Nightclub now and start making some money from it. If you plan on buying more MC or Bunkers I would buy them first.

I only ever really have my bunker active so dont make much really from my nighclub, the most my nightclub supplies accrue to is 100k

Finally managed a perfect stealth solo run on Cayo Perico - mostly I'm just very impatient. Missed out on the Elite whatsit by taking too long, but I can live with that.

I won it too, first time winning a car on the wheel :D It's a tasty motor, but it's just going to live in the garage whilst I fly everywhere on my Sparrow or Oppressor :D

On my very first spin of the casino wheel when I started playing GTA Online for PlayStation, I won the Overflod Autarch. It's a fine automobile.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 954 ✭✭✭TacoMan

There's a very handy trick for winning the casino podium vehicle every week.

As you give the wheel a spin hold down the Playstation button to bring up the quick menu. Hover over "Close application" and when you know you're not going to win the car, kill the application before the wheel stops.

Once you restart GTAO your spin of the wheel is available again. Repeat until you win the car

PS5 loads super quick. Catches me by surprise sometimes how quick it gets into the game.

Is it already available on the new consoles? It's on an SSD on my PC, it's definitely better than it used to be, but still not great.

I don't think it's the patch specifically, just the ps5 quickness. I think the quick load patch is just gonna be for pc anyway.

Did sell missions for my 4 mc businesses in a row, fecking tedious delivery missions as they were just over 1 block of supply so 2 vehicles needed, i wish you could choose how much to sell. Made about a mil after an hour's work. I can't see myself doing this when it's not double money week. Will keep working on Cayo. Holding out for a sale on bunker and nightclub before going that route..

On one occasion when I was selling counterfeit cash in Los Santos, I had to do it with two motorbikes. Had to go on one bike and park it in a truck before racing back to base and carry out the same procedure.

I can't even be bothered going back to each factory to resupply. Will leave them sit there until I get the nightclub. At least then they will auto resupply and I can choose how much to deliver each time.

The MC missions are so monotonous it really puts you off. The Bunker is a bit better but only slightly. Would recommend giving the vehicle export business a go for something different.

On the above do you mean that your MC will auto resupply once you buy the nightclub? I dont think thats the case ?

  • Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators Posts: 28,633 Mod ✭✭✭✭Shiminay

The MC businesses don't resupply, but the Nightclub keeps getting stock from them regardless, so you can effectively abandon them and the product keeps rolling in.

The last job I did for my counterfeiting operation involved me dropping five parcels from a small plane into rivers/lakes/sea around Los Santos. The first two drops went fine, but I ended up crashing the plane so I lost money.

Anyway, my business has run out of supplies and it can stay that way.

Patch released today on xbox that 'fixes' solo public lobbies. Hopefully there isn't a patch for PlayStation because as boring as the sell missions were last night, it would have been so much worse with griefers flying around.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,961 ✭✭✭markcahill1985

Jesus my patience is being tested by trying to complete these 5 stunt jumps for the 500k bonus. Stuck on 4 and my last one not registering. I'll come back to it tomorrow or I'll end up smashing something haha.

I was the same, kept failing them, found a recent vid on YouTube on 5 easy ones close together, completed it in 5 minutes.

If they stop the solo public sessions on PlayStation I'd probably stop playing tbh.

Been taking advantage of the double MC profit this week to fast track the research in the weapons bunker. Wanted to get the weapon mods and special ammo so of course I got all the vehicle paint jobs instead :pac: I only have 12 left unlocked so I might as well finish them now.

For the MC sell missions I just let the bar fill up the whole way to the top. If you get the single truck mission, it can be done solo in 5 minutes. If you get 4 bikes/helicopters/planes/rubbish trucks it can be done in 20-25 minutes solo.

The only one that can't be done solo is the post vans but if I get that I just load into a new lobby since you only lose around 15% of your stock for not finishing a mission. Even factoring in that occasional loss I still find it faster to do it this way than a lot of 1 or 2 bar sell missions.

Think I'm done with Cayo solo. Handy money but getting burnt out. Sitting on 5 mil at the moment so not a lot, will see what's discounted Thursday before any more purchases.

Yeah Im the same, I must have it done at least 50 times since February. At least its always there as an option for a quick buck. Im actually going to start doing some VIP & old schools missions, wont geta lot of money but good fun.

  • Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators Posts: 28,633 Mod ✭✭✭✭Shiminay

I completed Cayo enough that I was able to buy the Terrrorbyte and I only really wanted to get that so I could customise my Oppressor II :D I'm gonna try to do it with all the other vehicle types to get the discounts and to challenge myself with it.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,961 ✭✭✭markcahill1985

Don't know what I'd like in the update tomorrow. Maybe 2x rp and cash on VIP missions or something.

Wouldn't mind a facility either if they were on sale.

This week was my first ever time winning the podium vehicle. Not the worst week for it I guess.

1 free car and a discount on the insurgent Pick-Up. If you upgrade the pickup to the pickup custom it's a normal private vehcile with the added bonus of being able to be used in heists/missions.

Load of bunker research to get the most out of it, and you'd need a vehicle workshop in either the avenger, MOC, or maybe arena workshop but not sure.

So, I'm gonna splash out on something. I have 6.3 mil so either Bunker, Nightclub or Arcade I'm thinking. Also, what do I need to sell crates? I hear they are a good money maker.

Leaning towards Bunker as everyone raves about it. Any recommendations?

Only thing putting me off that is needing 20+ hours to generate product. I might only be on for an hour every 2nd night so not sure if it would benefit me much?

The bunker will act similar to the MC Businesses in that it'll passively generate product.

The only real reason for the arcade is the casino heist which is fun but does have a fair few set up missions and you need multiple people to do the final heist.

If you want to passively increase the amount of product you have you can leave your character watching the tv in your apartment and you won't get kicked for incactivity, meaning the product will generate and you can just leave it there until you come back to it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,559 ✭✭✭refusetolose

    possibly

in that case i'd do arcade before bunker anyway

casino heist is really good once you know what you need to do

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,901 ✭✭✭✭Zero-Cool

Hmm I'll have a think about it. Arcade would be handy with the master control console to resupply businesses even though I'm not really bothered with those sell missions when you compare time/money to Cayo heist. Could at least do the casino prep missions online and then see if anyone is free to do the heist.

I think I'm over waiting for discounts anyway. Will just buy to something and run Cayo when i need the money, shouldn't take me long to rack up bunker, nightclub and arcade.

Crates are extremely grindy. Plus, if you do what most people do, you'll be waiting a while before you get that windfall (although when it comes it's a pretty sweet feeling). Generally, you skip the small and medium warehouses and go straight for the large ones. You can own five of these (per character). Each one takes 666k to fill (sourcing 3 crates at a time for 18k a source 37 times). You can then sell for 2.22m normally or wait for double money on crates (only comes around about 2/3/4 times a year) and sell them for 4.44m per warehouse for roughly 25m in total. Filling 5 warehouses should take roughly 20 hours of play time (will vary depending on the ratio of 1 vehicle sources to 3 individual crate sources.

It used to be the best money maker in terms of active playing time until the Cayo Perico Heist came along and blew everything else out of the water! :pac:

EDIT : I should add that crates are an excellent way of ranking up too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,901 ✭✭✭✭Zero-Cool

Yeah ok, feck crates :) i see with the arcade that you can resupply businesses and start sell missions from the one console which sounds very handy. Wouldn't mind doing sell missions every now and again but not into continuously grinding or leaving the game on idle so think I'll go with arcade and night club, let things build up while i try the casino heist and cayo for quick cash and then make big sales. Think u could just about but a bunker as well but would be a few Cayo runs for the upgrades.

Just on the selling from the Arcade thing, the sale vehicles still spawn outside the mc business so that sell button in the Arcade is pretty irrelevant. :)

Yeah, i read that, pretty shyte but still handy you can resupply from one place. Reading up on the casino heist as well, the payout sendy crappy, an average of 700k per player. Think I'll just go for bunker and nightclub. Will join other people's heists for casino and doomsday to give them a go but Rockstar should really up the payout for them to entice people.

I recommend the bunker also. I have the chumash one. It's right on the freeway into city so handy.
