I reckon that if Niamh has one last goodbye with Michael for the road a good storyline could be an STD breakout (I've wanted this for a long time - the storyline not an STD!!)

Mondo, Kerri-Ann, Louise, Decco, Michael, Niamh and Paul could all be infected - Dr. Dillon would be out the door.
