Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Blue orbed to victory on Oryx last night (missed the last shade and last ogre round) and then got a 'Contacting Destiny' error when I revived. Couldn't open the chest!

    Got my items from the postmaster though - think it was Shards, a crap Rocket Launcher and a Red Death.

    Still need to run goggleballs one more time over the weekend - have it done on Warlock and Titan - just Hunter to go. Will hopefully get it done Saturday night.

    Still need two 320 class items and 1 set of 320 arms. Well, I don't need them... but I want them!

    I got goggleballs done twice last night so I wouldnt mind getting him done on my warlock tonight if anyone is up for it, also I would like to get HM Oryx done for the drop so Im online for that tonight too.

    Gonna help my mate on Friday with trying Kings Fall Hard Mode (up until after killing the sisters), he's about 300 light so should be ok for the most part. Oryx himself challenge mode is still a bit beyond him due to light level and lack of ToM.

    So if anyone cares to do that all drunk and stuff and is patient and is content with just wrapping up after the Sisters (even maybe getting the Oryx Challenge CP 3 times), you know where to find me.

    I'm going to make and effort to try see if I can go 4 days without playing :pac:

    Got through the entire raid fairly handy last night, thanks lads :)

    Finally got me a 320 Helmet, 317 Mark, 314 Boots, 302 Shotgun, 310 Hand Cannon, 317 Sniper (Gonna put this in my spindle I think :P) and all those lovely calcified frags :D

    I'm not certain, but I might?? My Titan completed hard on Tuesday, then last night I went in at athe sister to help some lads on normal but we couldn't get past them. Would I still have the sister cp?

    Yeah, probably, I'd be happy enough to grab that off you later if that's cool.

    Might try do the Oryx Challenge (just Oryx himself) on Normal after doing the bulk of the Raid on Hard. I'm not certain yet, but it might be handy to do it once on Normal before trying him on Hard

    Hey lads, my mate is on PS4 and playing Destiny since day 1 but due to not having many friends on PS4, he's never completed kings fall on hard.

    I was wondering if some of ye might add him and take him through a raid some evening ye have space in one? His GT is davenopants. Thanks lads

    Things are fairly dead PvE wise at the minute Dave, why don't ya just get him to join the clan, we're pretty decent most of the time and that way when things kick off again he should be able to get a few runs in.

    I'll get him across a friend request now in the meantime.

    My honest advice would be to look up some explanation videos on YouTube so that you would have some clue what's going on in each part. Don't get me wrong, people in the clan are more than willing to help and explain but it would help you and them to have some prior knowledge of the mechanics. Obviously when playing it will seem different and more chaotic but it will be easier and quicker to adjust and learn your place and role in each part if you have a general idea of what the goals are.

    I've done this myself before. The oryx battle, for example, can be very hard to understand at first, and remember each stage. After watching a video explanation I then knew each stage so it was easier to plan and react to what I was now expecting. Rather than being overwhelmed.

    If I were you, I would start with Crotas End or Vault of Glass with 5 clanmates.

    They are a bit more straight forward than Kings Fall.

    Really the Raids are the best thing in the game full stop
