Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wales are horrendous. Ireland should be out of sight.

I don’t think that’s true at all, they’re just not very good.

Nobody in the world is less interested in this game then Gareth Davies .

Need a good second half now. We disappointed against France after an encouraging first half.

Yeah, they badly need a win. 5 losses in a row. They can't lose again. They just aren't very good. They should be thankful we're missing so many and have lost Sexton now too. He'd been playing really well. Burns has gone well though so hopefully we can push on.

Could this be a game of two halves?

Wales don't even look like they could score anything at the moment. But that start in the 2nd half looks good for them.

Shanklin comes across as a very level-headed, unbiased commentator.

POM gave the lineout to Wales from that replay.

More spring in the Welsh step.

Yet another ban lineout throw. Does he practice during the week?

Was POM not meant to tap that back?

Well taken by Keenan. Just got isolated on the ground. Looking more and more reliable

Was over thrown, was reaching with one hand on the wrong side.

Great take by Conway and break by Keenan

Wales aren't offering much in attack but they're working incredibly hard in defence. I hope we'll break them down throughout this half.

    We've been dreadful this half.

Refereeing is shocking. Completely different rules for Ireland and Wales releasing.

But he was always going one handed?

AWJ just stood next to Gibson Park there, never retreated and lent into him. FFS it’s so clear and obvious the guy is 7ft fúcking tall.

The penalties are unforgivable. Just let Wales have the ball, they’re at nothing.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,189 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Doesn't look like Jonathan Davies ever released the tackle in Keenan before going for the poach.

Harsh on keenan, as much of a release as henshaw did earlier

With all due respect I don't think it's precalled whether the ball is tapped back or caught and delivered. He was lifted into the gap and was still reaching for it - that tells you all you need to know.

Ireland have tuned out at half time. Need to get the basics right here again.

No more cheap turnover penalties please

Doing everything in our power to give Wales a pathway back into this game...

We seem determined to gift them 3

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,805 ✭✭✭accensi0n

Twice Keenan didn't get the support he needed.

Everything from Doris there was phenomenal.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,221 ✭✭✭A-Train

Great block down by Doris out of nothing and did so well to keep it in play. Hard luck Healy

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,533 ✭✭✭dublinman1990

What a great chargeback. Well timed.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Class from Doris, Healy unfortunate Davis accidentally tackled him.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,972 ✭✭✭randomname2005

Try here would be a good change in momentum

Credit to Wales there - huge effort to keep us out but Doris has the rugby IQ of an absolute veteran - great vision.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

    Excellent snipe
The Welsh haven’t been onside all day.

There’s a blu scrum cap in the middle that makes it easier to spot if they were interested.

We've left three trys out there

Couple of neck tackles from Wales there in the red zone. Sexton pinged in first half for the same tackle.

Allowing Biggar to do that should be grounds to have your ref licence revoked.

  • Registered Users Posts: 453 ✭✭TRANQUILLO

Donal Lenihan is absolutely insufferable. One eyed sycophant.

Jesus lads I'm finding it hard to be as excited as some of ye. Some stuff is good but Wales are absolute **** and we couldn't buy a try.

Lowe trying to outdo Stockdale for Ireland’s dodgiest defender award.
