Well, it's time we should have it's own thread since the developer beta is out.

Looking forward to this release, LOTS of new stuff, can't wait to get stuck in to the public beta.

yeah I have it on and loving it so far, this is exciting part to test the beta and looking forward for next betas.
I am glad battery hasn't taken a hit and it is weird to switch bank to light mode after having Dark mode on all the time. My eyes says thanks!

Did you find any bugs? I found one on the main email app where i use it for Hotmail. It takes longer to connect “connecting”, not really an issue as i mostly use the outlook app which works fine.

Another issue is the game Asphalt 9 won’t work. Opens but then crashes. Also Youtube won’t see my chromcast but does see the one built in my tv.

Other than that everything works, sometimes scrolling can be a bit stuttery.

Yeah few minor glitches, reporting them along the way.

whatsapp notification which is in release notes.

not having issue with mail app myself as I use it all the time.

for chromecast if you have vpn on then it doesn't see chromecast, maybe check that.

Macrumours has thread with all minor issues and new features.

    Yeah from release notes:
    Third-Party Apps
    Known Issues
WhatsApp might quit unexpectedly when forwarding messages to a user who isn’t in the recent contacts list. (45416129)
WhatsApp users might receive duplicate notifications or notifications without content. (50537131)

I don't see content on lock screen , notification works.

I’m getting the missed call bug despite full signal but it mostly rings, not overly concerned at the moment because i get the missed call text or voicemail.

This seems like a really big update overall. The whole keynote was packed full of great releases that iOS 13 seemed relatively small this year in comparison, but the video below shows how much of a bigger update it actually is. Interestingly, a lot of features such as the download manager for Safari I thought we’re iPad only are coming to iPhone too which is great.

Finally! - you can block unknown callers.

Also the optimised battery charging feature is pretty cool. It will learn your routine and wait to finishing charging past 80% until just before you wake up etc, thus prolonging the life of the battery.

Oh no! Please tell me this can be turned off? Spare a thought for shift workers, or people who just aren't very "routine" :o

Not exactly a IOS 13 issue (As i noticed this in IOS 12) But when you try to reply back on a whats app notification on the locked screen and have your message/reply wrote out, Then the phone goes to sleep and your message is gone....Now thats a pain!! If they have that sorted it would be great....Like even open the phone(via face id or touch id) and the message is in the app

Is this stable enough for a main device?

Each to their own and patience you have to deal with issues!
I am using on my daily driver and apart from small issues it is working fine and very smooth.
But keep in mind, later betas can break things which might be working now.

If you want to try make sure to take archive backup before.

That’s strange, maybe you’re in private browsing mode?

Downloaded on my iPad , no way will I have it on my phone yet

Have it on my daily use phone. All apps working fine. If they’re confident enough to release public beta it’s generally fairly alright for daily use.
