Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi Consultant, I hope that you are keeping well.

I'd be very interested to hear your take on the UK's vaccination strategy, of giving more first doses followed by a second at some vague future date.

I see it it two ways:

    1) That with a large population with partial protection they will drive the disease down and achieve their "herd immunity".

    2) This is my big fear that by creating a large section of the population with partial protection, the UK is providing incubators for the virus to mutate and able to thrive in a partly or wholly vaccinated body.

Hopefully I'm way off the mark.
