Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Agreed, Stephens is a tough bastard.

Holloway is in his prime and probably much much quicker. He'll also cut angles, in and out and more than likely tear Stephens apart.

But if Stephens catches him clean, he could easily knock him out imo.

(I suppose that equates to every UFC fight ever, but basically Stephens has true knockout power)

Slightly disagree with this,Dont think Holloway has hit his prime yet he just turned 24 a few days ago,I see him winning this easy staying on the outside and lighting stephens up and avoiding a war.

I think he started earlier than most fighters?

People who fight earlier seem to peak earlier / get weathered earlier as well.

You may be right though, late 20's and he will probably be a beast.

I don't mean started like BJJ or something earlier, I mean full contact MMA, getting punched/kicked in the head.. earlier.

yes it is. Stake was 10. The potential returns say n/a now but I think it was 700 or so. Not sure

It was her opponent Michelle Waterson that pulled out injured I thought. Torres is still fighting some debutant afaik.

They really should have it standardised for the UFC, IMO. Either use the big one all the time or use the smaller one all the time.

Hate that hyena meat head laughter in the restaurant in that vlog episode. They dont consider other people in the place.

I would go for VanZant marginally love the way she shut Herrig down. Mighty Mouse who has a good eye considers VanZant as someone who can beat Johanna

Don't know much about Pfister, is he being cherry picked to give Sage another highlight reel KO?

Sage by KO in the first at 16/5 is tempting me, although first round sub is similar odds.

Ive been very tempted by Pfister at 8/1 on 365...hesitant as i dont know a thing about him but he looked ok in the fight he won and sages record is dodgy enough, trevino was dog useless and his last fight before the ufc is a fluffer fight if i ever saw one

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,663 ✭✭✭JoeyJJ

Yeah I'm tempted too, haven't seen enough of either of them, Sage to get the UFC lights and live tv distraction?

Someone help me out here, go on PP online, select Jose to win in 1st and Weidman to win on points, it's 11/1 and 13/5 so close to 40/1 but it won't let me do a double, any reason why not?

They dont let combine MOV with round prediction bets for whatever reason. You can do an MOV accumulator but obviously wont be the same odds.

huh? There's no issue combining those bets. MOV, rounds, win etc makes no difference.

You can't combine related bets from the from the same fight obviously.

Jose to win in the first is 6/1, looks like you've a different bet selected. Prob a round for the MW title fight, so which is why it won't let you.

There's no issue putting a double on for the above two bets.

Joe Lauzon is a crazy price 13/8 to beat Evan Dunham,Dunham beat pearson by grapple ****ing him not a hope in hell hes gonna have his way with lauzon.

Yeah, Lauxon stood out for me.

Gonzaga feels like value at 1.83, but I've no idea what shape he is in these days

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,615 ✭✭✭✭Mellor

€25 on Miller by points, Rose by Sub double. Returns €311

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,931 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

like lauzon also, very suprised he's 7/4

also like pierce to beat laflare 37/19 or pts at 7/2, dont rate laflare that highly
both wrestlers, pierce should have the edge standing, over two years since
    last in the octagon though

    Chris Weidman v Luke Rockhold
    Gunner Nelson @ 10/11
    Demian Maia v Gunner Nelson
    Tecia Torres @ 1/3
    Tecia Torres v Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger
    Chad Mendes @ 5/4
    Frankie Edgar v Chad Mendes
    Joe Lauzon @ 13/8
    Joe Lauzon v Evan Dunham
    Rose Namajunas @ 5/4
    Paige Vanzant v Rose Namajunas
    Michael Chiesa @ 8/11
    Jim Miller v Michael Chiesa

Seems its the tick option as mentioned below, just checked quickly when the post was made and it didnt work but I could have forgot to tick both boxes. I usually just do MOV accumulators.

Big bet double on Rockhold and Aldo.

I think Rockhold vs Weidman is dead even so 11/10 on Rockhold is nice.

Big odds treble just because I feel it's overpriced not because I expect it to win

Pfister, Rose win and Sterling (win other than points) 5euro returns 190

Sage by 1st rd KO and Rose by sub double, 5 returns 91.
